Welcome to aivisibility.pro ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and tool at aivisibility.pro ("Service"). Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service helps you understand and improve how visible your brand is in AI assistants.

2. Results are estimates

Results are approximate and provided for general guidance only. They may be incomplete, may change, and are not a guaranteed or exact measurement. We do not promise any particular result, ranking, traffic, or business outcome, and you should not rely on the results as a definitive statement of fact.

3. What you submit

When you run a check, you provide information such as a brand name and a website. You confirm that you are entitled to submit them, and you are responsible for the information you provide.

4. Communications

By using the Service or creating an account, you agree that we may send you service messages about your account and your checks, as well as occasional emails about product updates, new features, tips, and related offers from us. We keep these infrequent and relevant. You can opt out of the non-service emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any of them or by emailing support@aivisibility.pro. Service messages are part of the Service and may be sent for as long as you have an account.

5. Accounts

To view your results you need to sign in and have an account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, and if you use it for a business you confirm you are authorized to act for that business. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Prohibited uses

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to:

  • violate any applicable law or the rights of others;
  • use the Service to harass or harm anyone;
  • overload, disrupt, scrape, or attempt to bypass the limits or security of the Service;
  • use any robot, spider, or automated means to access or copy the Service beyond ordinary use;
  • reverse engineer, resell, or rebuild the Service or its results as a competing product;
  • introduce malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
  • impersonate us or any other person, or submit other people's personal data unlawfully.

7. Availability and fair use

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may set and adjust usage limits at our sole discretion based on overall demand and system capacity. If your activity exceeds reasonable limits or disrupts others, we may limit, suspend, or end your access without notice. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Third-party services and content

The Service relies on third-party platforms and providers, and parts of your results are derived from third-party content. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for that content, its accuracy, or its availability, and your use of any third-party content is at your own risk.

9. Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality, including the AI Visibility name and logo, are and will remain our exclusive property and are protected by law. You keep all rights to the brand names, websites, and other inputs you provide, and you grant us a limited license to use those inputs to run your checks and provide the Service to you. Any feedback you send us may be used freely without obligation to you.

10. Disclaimer of warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be accurate, reliable, error-free, or uninterrupted. Results are informational only and are not professional, marketing, or legal advice. This does not affect any warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. If liability is nonetheless found on our part, it will be limited to the amount you paid for the Service, if any. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
