Privacy Policy
aivisibility.pro ("us", "we", or "our") operates the website and tool at aivisibility.pro (the "Service"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use and safeguard it, and who we share it with. We are the controller of your data. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
We collect the following:
- Account information. When you create an account or sign in, we collect your name and email address, and basic profile information from any third-party sign-in provider you use.
- Information you enter. The details you provide to run a check, such as a brand name and a website.
- Results and history. The checks you run and their results, so you can view your history over time.
- Usage data. Your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you view, timestamps, and diagnostic data, collected automatically when you use the Service.
- Cookies. An essential cookie to keep you signed in, plus optional analytics identifiers described below.
2. How we use your information
- to provide and maintain the Service and save your history;
- to sign you in and secure your account;
- to enforce usage limits and prevent abuse or fraud;
- to analyze and improve the Service;
- to provide support and send you service messages about your account or checks;
- to send you occasional emails about product updates, new features, and related offers, which you can opt out of at any time, and for any other purpose you consent to;
- to meet legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3. Information you submit
The information you enter, such as a website address, is used to run your check and provide the Service. Only submit information you are entitled to provide.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use an essential cookie to keep you signed in; this cannot be turned off without breaking the Service. We also use third-party analytics, such as Google Analytics, to understand how the Service is used and to improve it. These providers may set their own cookies or similar identifiers and collect data such as pages viewed, referring source, approximate location, and device type. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice at any time. You can also instruct your browser to refuse cookies, though some parts of the Service may then not work.
5. Service providers
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with third-party providers that help us operate the Service, such as authentication, hosting and infrastructure, analytics, and the AI platforms used to produce results. They may access your data only to perform their task for us and are required not to use it for anything else.
We may also disclose data if required by law or valid requests by public authorities, to protect our rights, users, or safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
6. Retention of data
We keep your account information and check history for as long as your account is active. Usage data is generally kept for a shorter period, except where we need it for security or must retain it to meet a legal obligation. When you delete your account, or ask us to delete your data, we remove it within a reasonable period.
7. Transfer of data
Your information may be processed on computers located outside your state or country, including the United States, where data protection laws may differ from your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards to protect your data when it is transferred. By using the Service, you consent to this.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. If you are in the EU or UK these rights come from the GDPR; if you are in California, from the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise any of them, email support@aivisibility.pro. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Security
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's privacy
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the new policy on this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
